Sales, Refunds & Returns Information

Unwanted goods

We are happy to accept returns for items purchased from us, all we ask is that they are returned to us (at your cost) within 28 days of delivery, unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Goods returned to us that do not meet these requirements may be sent back to you at your cost (usually our standard delivery charge of £4.95). The original delivery charge cannot be refunded.

Please note returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed and a refund issued.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect/damaged goods are received or items are missing from your order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery using the 'Contact Us' button below. We are not liable for any loss of earnings or other costs incurred due to damaged or incorrect products received, or items missing from deliveries.

We will investigate your claim within 48 hours and contact you with the next steps. You will be reimbursed the cost of delivery if required to send anything back to us, photographic proof may be requested for damaged items. Once we have assessed any photographic evidence provided, we will refund or replace the item(s) free of charge. In instances where the identical product may not be available, we will offer an alternative product to the same or higher value.

Faulty goods

If a fault has developed within the manufacturers warranty period, a repair, exchange or refund (including the original delivery charge where applicable) will be offered only once the manufacturing fault has been confirmed.

In cases where the fault (or cause of the fault) is not apparent we reserve the right to send the item for testing. This will usually be carried out by the manufacturer and their response will be required before any actions can be taken. We will notify you of the outcome and options available. If a manufacturing fault is not found the item will be sent back to you at your cost (normally our standard delivery charge of £4.95). Proof of purchase will be required for any faulty goods returned to us in order for us to confirm where and when the goods were purchased.

Ambassador discounts

Any and all ambassador discount codes can only be used once per customer. A customer may use all available ambassador discount codes but only one code can be used per transaction.
